For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used perfumes

Products damaged after delivery

Items without original packaging

Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)

3. Return Process

* To request a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and clear photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Wait for return approval and instructions from our team

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), return shipping costs will be covered by Decantly.ma

If the return is for personal reasons, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

5. Refunds
